HYPNOSIS FACTS        

• A person cannot be hypnotized against their will. If you resist, it will not work.

• Anyone with average or above average intelligence can be hypnotized.

• Hypnosis is not sleep, but very much like daydreaming.

• You remember everything.

• A few minutes of hypnosis is equal to a few HOURS of sleep. It feels great!

• Hypnosis requires your consent.

• You will not reveal intimate secrets while hypnotized.

• A person cannot get "stuck" in hypnosis. This has neverhappened.

• There is a relationship between intelligence and hypnotizability. Anyone of average 
  intelligence, or better, will have good results.

• If  you have ever driven down the highway, begun to daydream & while your conscious mind
